FAC not only services all the equipment we sell, but we are also capable of servicing equipment other manufacturer’s install in banks. We normally consider any and all equipment, regardless of manufacturer, that has technical documentation in public domain, to be serviceable by FAC.
FAC has accumulated an extensive database of technical documentation and schematics on virtually every model of equipment that Diebold, Mosler, and LeFebure has ever made. We have complete access to all support materials necessary for the independent manufacturers we represent such as American Vault, Bridgeman Safe, Collier Safe, Hamilton Safe, etc. FAC will provide high quality products and installation services with the backing of service parts and labor warranty programs. We use OEM Parts, and where necessary, have an extensive source for refurbished and aftermarket parts, particularly where manufacturers no longer exist, such as LeFebure and Mosler!
FAC has over 1,800 maintenance agreements, covering 500 separate banking offices. Our staff has experience with every aspect of banking operations; from ATMs, alarms, and cameras to vaults, safes, drive-in equipment, and electric security gates. A comprehensive maintenance program keeps your equipment operating at peak efficiency and performance through regularly scheduled preventative maintenance inspections; while providing emergency service for unforeseen problems or equipment failures. The prepaid annual cost provides a fixed, predictable number, for simpler and more accurate budgeting of your service expenses.

Financial Applications Corporation operates a centralized dispatch center at our headquarters in Tinley Park, Illinois, with service 24 hours a day at (708) 623-1010 for local calls and (800) 244-6338 for calls outside the immediate area. Calls left on our voicemail are dispatched immediately during the day, or 8:00 AM the next business morning, unless the call is identified as an emergency, in which case the “on call” staff will respond within 15 minutes of the call. We strive to respond to all calls placed during normal working hours within (4) hours.
